Auroom Limited Warranty
The Warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of delivery to consumer Customers, not exceeding 3 years from the Product's manufacture date. If delivery date is unverified, the Warranty period starts from the sales contract conclusion date. If a Defective Product is replaced, the Warranty period is 2 years from the new Product's delivery. If repaired, it's 2 years from the repair date.
Exclusions
a) Defects that are not caused by the acts or omissions of the Manufacturer, including where (i) the Product has not been installed in accordance with its installation instructions; (ii) the Product has not been used in accordance with its instructions for use and maintenance; (iii) the Product has been stored in an unsuitable manner (including being exposed to the elements, high temperature fluctuations, or excessive humidity, being stacked, etc.); (iv) the Product has been damaged during installation or use; (v) the Defect has been caused by the use with the Product of equipment or components other than those supplied by the Manufacturer, or by a failure of such equipment or components; or (vi) the Defect has been caused by force majeure, unforeseeable events or extraordinary weather conditions (e.g. vandalism, fire, flood);
b) natural wear and tear that occurs during the intended use of the Product;
c) naturally occurring and expected characteristics of wood materials (differences in wood grain, knots, slight variations in tone) and phenomena that occur naturally during use of the Product (shrinkage and expansion due to temperature and humidity, moderate deformation) and the visual disturbances they may cause; nor
d) Defects (including transport damage) that would have been detectable by visual inspection prior to installation of the Product.
Void Warranty
The Warranty is voided if notification isn't made within 2 months of Defect awareness for Customers, false information is provided, invoices aren't paid, the Product is used post-Defect discovery without Manufacturer consent, or it's subjected to public or heavy use without written Manufacturer consent. The warranty does not apply to third parties to whom the Customer has transferred the Product. A Customer who is not a consumer is not covered by the Warranty unless the Manufacturer has previously confirmed this to the individual Customer in a form that can be reproduced in writing. A Consumer Customer who has purchased the Product directly from the Manufacturer shall be subject to the warranty terms contained in the sales contract instead of the Warranty.
Equipment Warranty
Equipment provided with the Product is covered by the respective manufacturers' warranties.
Shipping Policy
The weight or packaging of this product requires delivery by special appointment, and on a wooden pallet. The driver is responsible for curbside delivery “only” and will lower the items to ground level.
We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on).
Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Komowa Wellness's control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

Order Cancellations
Standard Orders
To cancel a standard order at no cost, please reach out to us before your order ships. Contact our customer service agents during business hours at 1-408-337-2303, use the chat feature located at the bottom right corner of our website, or email us at support@luxehomesclub.com at any time. We will process your full refund as soon as we confirm the order hasn't left the warehouse.
Custom Orders
Cancellations of custom or made-to-order products are not allowed, as these items are uniquely crafted or initiated based on your order. Please note, all sales of custom and made-to-order products are final.
For these customized units, our warranty assures you will receive a product that is fully functional and operational. If you have any doubt about whether your order is a custom or made-to-order product, don't hesitate to message or call us for clarification.
Refunds and Exchanges
Standard Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange a product, you'll be responsible for covering all related shipping costs.
Return Eligibility
Only Defective Products Eligible for 100% return/exchange. Otherwise, due to rising LTL/freight shipping costs, outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee in addition to return shipping costs. If you are opting for a product replacement, we may be able to assist with some of the associated costs depending on the specific product size and weight.
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged due to issues with the delivery service, you are entitled to either a full refund or an exchange for an undamaged item at no additional cost to you. To ensure proper handling, please inspect all items upon delivery and report any damages immediately before taking possession of the shipment.
