Bromic Heating Warranty is applicable to the original owner only. In accordance with the warranty terms and conditions specified below.
Bromic Heating or its agent (the warrantor) will furnish the ORIGINAL OWNER;
     1. a replacement Bromic Heating heater or
     2. a replacement part for any component part which fails.

Bromic Heating warrants to the original purchaser of all patio heaters installed in residential and/or commercial locations to be free from defects or faults in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. The Bromic Heating Tungsten Electric Element is warrantied to be free from defects or faults in materials and/or workmanship for its intended lifetime. Labor is not included.
